This 13-track album was recorded in two sessions between November 2009 and May 2010 at The Cabin in Kalk Bay (Cape Town, South Africa). It contains music written over numerous nationwide tours and festival runs during the course of the last year.

“There are a few songs there that I’ve played at almost every show around the country in the last year and a half. And then there’s stuff I wrote over the recording process, which is starting to see the light of day now. It’s basically a spectrum of my best work, from when I began doing solo shows, up until now”.
